Job Description:


Working with the Global Enablement team on the provision of ‘best in class’ bid/tender and proposal responses. Purpose of the role is to provide a service to Contracts team and Sales team in support of legal documentation and research.

Responsibilities: Build and maintain contracts library for current and new contracts and agreements Check and edit legal forms and documents for accuracy and consistency Performs records research in support of client requirements, Sales, Legal and Management requests Drafts legal document including Non-disclosure agreements, Business Associates Agreements, Letter of Intents and other briefs, agreements, contracts and legal memorandum Help prepare legal applications, declarations and motions Performs Legal and factual research on legal documents. Cross check and validate information Organize and analyze information Prepare written reports

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, associate’s degree or certificate program in paralegal studies Thorough knowledge of legal principles and practices Thorough knowledge of research techniques, strong analytical and critical thinking skills Thorough knowledge of legal communications principles and practices and terminology 3-5 years of experience in paralegal or legal admin role Strong communication skills, both orally & written. Good presentation skills Detail oriented with strong planning and organization skills. Ability to manage customer expectations Ability to resolve significant customer issues. Negotiation and influencing skills applied across the various customer organizations at all levels of management Ability to build effective and constructive relationships across a number of customers and opportunities. Very good team skills & confident in influencing a diverse audience Virtual Team working Comprehensive understanding of Arrows Solutions offerings and basic understanding of Services
