Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Program Manager to join our Manufacturing Services team in our Centennial, CO office. Manufacturing Services is a dedicated group established exclusively to manage the complex materials, manufacturing management, and finished goods requirements of Arrow customers. The Program Manager takes on the leadership role for all customer activity for assigned accounts. This includes coordinating and communicating with customers, Arrow sales teams, internal Manufacturing Services team, contract manufacturers, suppliers, Arrow asset teams and others as applicable. The Program Manager is responsible to manage inventory levels required to successfully meet customer’s expectations while maintaining acceptable Arrow inventory turns. The preferred candidate possesses superior time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities ensuring customer demands are met while building and maintaining internal relationships.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage customer kitting, turnkey, and finished goods manufacturing, logistics, and fulfillment programs adhering to the terms and conditions of the agreed upon contract.

  • Plan, evaluate and manage product inventories based on customer demand via purchase order or forecast.

  • Manage liabilities of excess material and disposition accordingly

  • Effectively communicate product availability and delivery times with internal and external customers to maintain customer satisfaction levels

  • Monitor inventory turnover to meet financial goals

  • Contact Manufacturer primary interface scheduling/shipping kits, providing forecast to production. Management of work in process and attrition requirements, and interface with Arrow Operations on reconciliation of physical inventories. Document Control responsibilities include maintaining integrity of the customer’s Bill of Material and Drawings to ensure accuracy as released for part procurement and production assembly. Adherence to revision control and engineering change order procedures.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College degree or equivalent technical training and experience

  • 2-4 years’ experience with Inventory Planning, Supply Chain, Production Scheduling, Bill of Material and revision control maintenance

  • Demonstrates strategic thinking and able to execute a detailed plan to produce efficient and profitable solutions

  • Possesses the ability to multi-task, work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities

  • Able to create influential relationships with internal and external customers, as well as with contract manufacturers and suppliers

  • Strong communication skills

  • Able to understand, evaluate, and report data analytics and metrics

  • Advanced technical proficiencies in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of Bill of Materials

  • Prior experience with Electronic Distribution

  • Familiarity of MRP and ERP systems, protocols, and networks

  • Prior work experience in the Electronics Manufacturing Services Industry
