Asset Associate I – Expeditor
Responsible for fulfilling purchase orders, working to meet deadlines
Expedite factory purchase orders to meet customer open order demands. ( proactive expedite )
Update system with current supplier information to support planning
Send requests for corporate allocations for backlog. Expedite backlog.
Communication with Corporate Assets and TBMs on expedites and line downs
Work and maintain Hybrid orders
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Ability to multitask and balance multiple priorities
Attention to detail
Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong Excel experience, Vlookup and Pivot Tables a plus
Excellent Customer Service skills
Relationship building skills
Arrow experience a plus
