Arrow Electronics HR Associate in Englewood, Colorado
The Human Resources Associate is responsible for the coordination and day-to-day support of key HR programs and procedures at Arrow. This individual will interface with all areas of Human Resources, various other departments within the organization and outside vendors.
Answer HR program-related questions, provide guidance to both managers and employees, and escalate as appropriate.
Support critical HR initiatives to deliver best-in-class employee programs and services.
Provide administrative support by preparing documentation and materials needed for scheduled trainings, presentations, etc.
Continuously create and define process improvements focusing on standardization related to HR programs, initiatives and inquiries.
