ERP Analyst provides project coordination, functional expertise, and contributes to improvements and enhancements for mission-critical, enterprise-wide information systems. The ERP Analyst is responsible for project tracking and control for assigned modules or systems, serving as a liaison between functional and technical resources to manage the development of new system functionality, upgrades, system modifications, and day-to-day problem analysis, issue tracking, and resolution.

Work closely with stakeholders to capture requirements, identify solutions, and implement in SFDC
Point person for SFDC configuration
Develop close relationships with related global business leaders and business processes and act as partner in providing SFDC and related solutions
Assist with driving adoption and measuring SFDC usage
Maintain end-to-end view of system, make recommendations, and assist with developing roadmap
Create design documents, as required
Determine severity and impact of issues/changes on the business and communicate to Management
Consider benefits of new SalesForce releases on existing implementation
Manage third party SFDC consultants
Development of reports and dashboards
Provide expertise on Sales and Service Cloud
Manage wave analytics in SFDC
Experience / Education
Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
