Job Description:

Principal Accountabilities

ERP Analyst provides project coordination, functional expertise, and contributes to improvements and enhancements for mission-critical, enterprise-wide information systems. The ERP Analyst is responsible for project tracking and control for assigned modules or systems, serving as a liaison between functional and technical resources to manage the development of new system functionality, upgrades, system modifications, and day-to-day problem analysis, issue tracking, and resolution.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to capture requirements, identify solutions, and implement in SFDC

  • Point person for SFDC configuration

  • Develop close relationships with related global business leaders and business processes and act as partner in providing SFDC and related solutions

  • Assist with driving adoption and measuring SFDC usage

  • Maintain end-to-end view of system, make recommendations, and assist with developing roadmap

  • Create design documents, as required

  • Determine severity and impact of issues/changes on the business and communicate to Management

  • Consider benefits of new SalesForce releases on existing implementation

  • Manage third party SFDC consultants

  • Development of reports and dashboards

  • Provide expertise on Sales and Service Cloud

  • Manage wave analytics in SFDC

Experience / Education

Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
