Quality Administrator 1
Hours: Day Shift (7:30 am – 4:00 pm)
Perform cosmetic, dimensional and Visual Inspections
Fill out and Log all required inspections documentation
Create new stock records and adjust PO as necessary (Oracle)
Work with Quality engineering to complete disposition of inspected parts.
Pick up returns from receiving dock
Prep RMA’s for inspection
Wrong Product Condition nonconforming
Receive, pick and store product
Inspect, separate and receive parts if required
Create and Process RMA’S
Work with the team to make the best decision for questionable returns
Supports the Logistics / Value Add Quality Inspector Level 4 and 5 within the Quality Assurance and final order processing for Arrow customers.
Supports Logistics / Value Add Quality Inspector in resolving order processing problems through coordination with Arrow Sales / Marketing Representative.
Coordinates as necessary with Arrow Sales, Warehouse Logistics, and Value-Added departments to manage order processing flow and resolve issues as necessary.
Works with Arrow Sales to resolve complex order processing issues.
PC literate (efficient and accurate) with Microsoft Office and internet
Experience with: WMS, Mainframe, Unity, EtQ
Ability to work using multiple software programs concurrently
Must possess good written and verbal communication skills
Must be flexible and team oriented
Must be reliable and flexible for OT
Attention to detail, written instructions/requirements, and quality work are a must
2 - 4 years related experience in one or more of the following: Picking Processes, Shipping Processes, receiving processes, Logistics / Value Add Quality Inspector Level 5, Nonconforming Processes, Special Handling Processes
1-2 years’ experience with quality processes
Proficient to WMS and Oracle
Inbound Research Experience
