In-Plant Warehouse Associate 2

Job Description:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-Unpacking and checking goods received against purchase orders or invoices

-Maintaining records of received goods, rejecting unsatisfactory items where necessary

-Preparing and maintaining records of merchandise shipped

-Posting weights and shipping charges and preparing goods for final shipment

-Examining stock and distributing materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines

-May prepare kitting packages for assembly production

-Performing data exchange using Customer web based system

-Performing daily Sale Order generation & invoicing

-Fluent knowledge of all warehouse operations and procedures

-Ability to address inventory related issues with the customer


  • Understands the scorecard metrics and has ownership of at least one of the metrics

  • Discrepancy Resolution

  • Knows the research steps necessary to resolve inventory discrepancies

Minimum Requirements:

-High School diploma, GED or equivalent training and experience

-1-2 years warehouse or in-plant store experience

-Good interpersonal/customer interface skills are required

-Ability to lift 50 lbs.

-Need for a detail oriented individual

-Computer skills: Microsoft office, Excel, Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications :

· Prefer prior ESD handling experience

· Prefer prior experience in a warehouse environment

· Experience dealing with electronic components
