Accounts Payable Team Leader - Trade
At this position, you will be one of the first employees in our new Shared Services Centre in Gdańsk - this will be the unique possibility to take an active role in creating a brand new organization on the local market.
The Accounts Payable Team Leader (Components) has a dual role. Part of the role is responsible for managing the Accounts Payable Team - distribution of work, and all aspects of team management i.e. performance, development, sickness etc.. The other part of the role is as accounts payable clerk (trade), however this is a senior clerk role and you will also be responsible for supporting efficiency reviews and other projects.
Typical tasks, you would be engaged with, during a common working day: process efficiency reviews and improvements and, other ad-hoc tasks/support requirements and projects determined by management. Manage a team of 13 AP Clerks Trade, who have the following general responsibilities:
• Collating, preparing and interpreting reports
• Code, check and register Trade invoices (data entry required)
• Investigate supplier invoice disputes
• Reconciliation of Supplier statements and dispute handling
• Archiving and filing of documents in line with country legislation
• Prepare Trade Supplier payments
• Maintain KPIs for Team.
Accounts Payable Team Leader Components reports directly to Accounts Payable Manager.
We work mostly on Oracle ERP.
We will start work with very intensive induction training, possibly provided in UK. This training will last for approx. 2 weeks. Besides induction we will also offer additional trainings customized to the employee needs.
