Job Description:


  • Can be entry level for those with little work experience in this skill area

  • Requires the ability to work within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision

  • Identifies problems and all relevant issues in situations, and assesses each using standard procedures and makes sound decisions.

  • Performance of Cash applications from Cyber source and PayPal daily transactions.

  • Sets up and releases Customers from a hold status.

  • Releases sales orders on a credit hold status.

  • Invoices customer orders, and mails out if applicable.

  • Requests and follows up on customer Tax Exempt Certificates.

  • Processes credits and adjustments to customer accounts.

  • Processes offsets to Accounts Payable.

  • Participates in and supports special projects as deemed necessary by leadership.


  • Minimum education: high school diploma.

  • 1-3 years of Accounts Receivable Cash Application experience.

  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel- Must know how to perform V-Look ups, and Pivot tables.

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
