CFS Collections Associate
The CFS Collections Associate shall maintain the integrity of assigned Accounts Receivable portfolio by collecting to terms, working with internal and external customers to resolve disputes, and making credit decisions based on individual approval levels to facilitate orders while managing risk.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Collecting to terms
Negotiating payment plans
Order release review
Daily interactions with sales team to facilitate billing or customer related issues
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2-4 years of related experience in a business to business collections role
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent interpersonal, and time management skills
Ability to build relationships with customers
Associates or Bachelor's level degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience
1-3 years credit and commercial collection in distribution industry
Comprehensive understanding of billing and shipping, warehouse, corporate, and sales functions.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office
Experience using Oracle (11i)
