Key Account Executive
As a Key Account Executive you will be a supplier-focused sales expert. You will be responsible for the expansion of small brand supplier market share and revenue growth through the sale of solutions through channel partners. Major focus is on the development of existing partners, recruitment of new partners, and execution of supplier initiatives.
Things you will be doing:
Generate selling opportunities within specified customer accounts by creating strategic relationships with top management.
Grow and develop new business; proactively call and engage partners to grow sales for assigned accounts
Call on customers; provide product information, and follow-up on quotes to close business
Translate products and promotions into benefits for a customer
Process quotes for specified customers and/or quote revisions for mass price changes, program changes or part changes.
Prepare orders, from quote work if applicable, for submission based on receipt of the customers’ purchase orders ensuring that all required information for accurate processing is included

Must be able to set priorities and demonstrate effective time management in order to achieve deadlines with limited direction
Experience we are looking for
5+years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or equivalent experience.
Proven experience growing existing relationships with channel partners, preferably in the IT industry
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle several projects at one time
Must possess technical aptitude and excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Ability to work across multiple teams and functions
Ability to work within timelines and in pressure situations
CRM knowledge is preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office products is required
