Job Description:

Inside Sales Associate II - Principal Accountabilities

  • Through primarily heavy outbound telephone interaction, this sales professional will sell within an assigned geography or product offering to NEW and identified existing valued customers around our Cloud Portfolio

Daily activities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Core focus is to increase the level of contact through heavy aggressive outbound calling focus within new and existing customers, geographical territories and product offering base while carrying the ability to educate them on our total offering and abilities.

  • The inside sales associate will be responsible for retiring their assigned quota while maintaining a high level of interaction and responsiveness within their territory. This representative will aide and contribute to the Enterprise level Sales in generating and qualifying new opportunities through outbound geographical prospecting. We feel that offering an educated responsive Certified Sales team to handle opportunities and focus on outbound dialing will increase the ability to capture and close this business

  • The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for quota attainment as part of an integrated selling organization. Inside Sales Executives will be primarily responsible for increasing the reach and scope of sales coverage while focusing on identifying and nurturing opportunities to closure.

  • Identifying new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and working with engineers to provide quotes,. Targeting new and existing accounts while providing a high level of customer interaction and communication across the entire sales cycle while positioning and growing opportunities Manage and sell to NEW and outlined assigned accounts in assigned targeted geographical territory.

Job Complexity

  • Has developed specialized skills or is multi-skilled through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience

  • Completes work under moderate supervision

  • Generate incremental revenue through up-selling and cross-selling activities.

  • Contact prospects through, but not limited to, heavy Outbound phone calls, email, to communicate opportunities and to extend initiatives with the company.

  • Daily management of outbound prospecting, engineering engagements, customer opportunity management and qualifications within large accounts, smaller accounts, manufacturers, resellers, and system integrators including lead development, sourcing and outcome.

  • Effectively manage customer relationships to increase customer loyalty and retention while capturing interaction and outbound calling activities within CRM and account engagement tools.

Experience / Education

Typically requires 2–4 years of College experience

• History of extensive and consistent cold calling skills to develop pipeline
