Job Description:

We have an opportunity for a Treasury Manager in our Centennial, CO location.

In this key position, the incumbent will oversee a global payments process and global bank account administration. Additionally, the incumbent will manage other treasury processes such as regional cash reporting, intercompany loan administration, and bank fee analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a staff of three

  • Oversee a centralized payments process of all incoming wire requests from all Arrow subsidiaries

  • Transition the payment execution from a bank web portal to Arrow’s global treasury management system (TMS)

  • Ensure that all payments requested have appropriate justification and are processed in compliance with the Corporate Treasury Disbursement Policy

  • Manage all global bank account administration

  • Opening, modifying and closing bank accounts

  • Maintain Corporate Treasury’s ability to sign on behalf of all legal entities

  • Oversee bank KYC processes

  • Administer Arrow’s portfolio of intercompany loans

  • Maintain the inventory in the TMS

  • Execute all rollovers, payoffs, and interest payments

  • Distribute a monthly report to all business units

  • Manage bank fee analysis utilizing the account analysis module in the TMS

  • Manage the regional cash reporting process

  • Treasury project management

Required Competencies and Personal Attributes:

  • Ability to manage and coach a team, developing effective teamwork to meet treasury objectives

  • Commitment to continuous process improvement, and maintaining knowledge of developments in the treasury and banking environments

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven decision making and analytical abilities

  • Detailed oriented and ability to multi-task; works well under pressure and can effectively manage deadlines and think “outside the box”

  • Ability to prepare and present concise, efficient analysis of financial data to senior management



  • 10+ years of large multi-national corporate management / Corporate Treasury and banking experience

  • Exposure to bank web platforms mandatory – (Global Cash Pooling knowledge a plus)

  • Knowledge and exposure to various payment methods and payment factors- Fed Wire, SWIFT, IBAN etc.

  • Previous management/leadership experience of degreed professionals

  • Proficient in the Microsoft Suite- Microsoft Word, Advanced Excel skills



  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business

  • MBA preferred, but not required
