EMEA Cloud Operations Assistant
Are you ready to join a dynamic and innovative team? Arrow is looking for someone to serve as Operations Assistant overseeing their cloud activity. With European responsibilities, you will be involved in optimizing a strategic and fast-growing business unit across 20 countries in Europe. Candidates should be able to multi-task, have strong communication skills and business knowledge. Sales operations awareness and experience is mandatory.

This is a tremendous opportunity within a highly ambitious Sales department of a Fortune 140 company. The team explores new opportunities and the volume justifies bringing on a professional who can oversee these opportunities from an operations angle to ensure that the workflow and process are optimized for our suppliers and customers, and perfectly executed by the local operations teams.

Create and validate monthly bill-feeds
Ensure local teams reports and bill as required
Ensure EMEA rebates are correctly calculated and distributed
Manage invoices linked to the EMEA activities
Anticipate changes in the transactional workflow by maintaining a close dialogue with suppliers
Guide and share
On-board new countries into the Cloud journey
Provide coaching and guidance to the local sales/operations team
Send out regular updates on vendor programs on email or social networks (Yammer)
Communicate regular reports out to the sales team
Assist the Operations Leader on maintaining the Cloud Database
Provide daily support to the sales team on existing programs
Liaise with suppliers’ technical teams to ensure problems find a swift resolution
Assist the development team in budget management
1-2 years of experience within sales operations
Fluent in English, another European language is a plus
Proficient in manipulating a large amount of data
Fluent in Microsoft Office
Experience in an IT company is preferred
International experience in a matrixed-structure is preferred
