Who are you

We are looking for talented, capable and driven Recruitment Manager with experience of managing recruitment delivery for multiple countries and cultures. The person selected for this role will manage a team of recruiters supporting recruitment efforts across sales and corporate business units for 34 countries across Europe, Middle East and Africa. They should have solid previous recruitment management experience and be fluent in English (written and spoken) as they will be accountable for the performance and results of the team's work.

What will you be doing

No day is like any other at Arrow. You will be managing a team of Recruiters (mostly based in Gdansk but also in other EMEA locations) ensuring effective delivery of recruiting service to stakeholders across sales, finance, HR, operations, customer service etc. You will act as a subject matter expert and a coach manager for the team and manage performance as appropriate. You will work in a team of HR and Recruitment professionals helping build the future of Arrow – one hire at a time.
