Right now we are building EMEA Shared Service center in Gdansk, Poland and are looking for the right people to join our quickly expanding team.

Who are you?

We are looking for Payroll Analyst to join a team of professionals supporting the payroll processes for 34 countries across Europe, Middle East and Africa. The person selected for this role will manage the payroll process conducted by Arrow’s external partners. This role is critical to the success of payroll function at Arrow EMEA.

The person selected for this role will have at least 2 years of experience at the similar role, excellent attention to detail, strong work ethic, organizational, communication and problem solving skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work in professional and confidential capacity in fast paced, deadline driven environment. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must. Additional language skills (Dutch, Spanish, French, Italian, German) will be a big advantage.

What will you be doing?

No day is like any other at Arrow. You will be managing the payroll process by collecting, checking, reconciliating and processing payroll input data, ensuring the accuracy of payroll data, providing external vendor with input and instructions as well as payroll output data to finance in a timely manner. You will be also preparing reports for HR and Finance; resolving employee queries or coordinating solution with payroll vendor and performing other activities according to payroll calendar.
