- Principal AccountabilitiesDevelop and share a business plan that will define the emerging technologies market, which will focus on New Customer Start Up’s and established start ups (1-3 years old)To confidently engage and sell the Arrow portfolio to a broad range of businesses which operate within the emerging technologies market which may include start-ups, government agencies, funding providers as well as traditional OEM’s, CEM’s.Plan and implement a sales strategy to enable solution selling of the Arrow Products and Services portfolio which will also include the various Finance programs of Arrow Finance, Capital Finance, Indiegogo etcAbility to influence and build relations at all levels within the business to articulate and sell the Arrow portfolio, its associated services and the finance models on offer.Leading reviews with vendors and customers in a commercial and engineering environment. Must be able to prepare comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR), presenting strategic plans and implementation steps to grow sales, demand creation and improve customer service.
