Compliance Associate

Job Description:

immixGroup, an Arrow company, seeks a Compliance Associate to join our public-sector contracts team. The position will support the team with day-to-day contract administration activities across all public-sector contracts held by immixGroup. The position reports to the GSA Contract Manager and involves frequent interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.

Position Requirements

  • BA/BS degree, 1-year work experience or two years military experience preferred

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point Must possess a strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Primary point of contact for channel partners who submit monthly sales reports against immixGroup public sector contracts.

  • Act as the help desk for immixGroup’s Point-of-Sale (POS) reporting database, including managing portal upkeep and reporting partner contact information.

  • Analyze, research and resolve discrepancies for reported POS transactions.

  • Track partner reports and prepare monthly compliance metrics.

  • Create and submit cure, suspension and termination notices for programs non-compliance.

  • Prepare price list updates, supporting price analyses, data validation, and formatting.

  • Reconcile monthly/quarterly reporting/data.
