Hi-Rel Planner

Job Description:

  • Read customer’s PO and quality clauses to understand and determine if we can meet their requirements and all their flow downs. General knowledge of DFARS required.

  • Ensure Converge compliance to customers flow down requirements

  • Interpret customer’s requirements and Converge requirements incorporate them into a test plan

  • Send all test plans for inspection processing through Hi-Rel Team Lead

  • Handle scheduling and prioritizing orders for operations to process via Hi-Rel Team Lead, maintain and update schedule daily

  • Send out RFQ to outside test houses

  • Write up Goods and Services PO’s

  • Keep Hi-Rel log updated including the status of each orders, the prioritization of the orders, and GP

  • Process and advise discrepancies that are not relating to quality

  • Storing and maintaining documents for our military customers

  • Generate testing lead time for orders and update traders when lead time changes

  • Become Liaison between Sales Traders and Outside Test Labs to establish quotes for outside test services including electrical and mechanical testing as well as processing services such as reballing, retinning, blank testing, lead scan and repair, etc.
