Quality Inspector

Job Description:

This position is responsible for inspecting assembled products to ensure adherence to documented requirements. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Complete physical inspections of product • Audit against documents and procedures, including ensuring adherence to all build plans • Provide recommendations to processes and procedures • Review processed work orders for accuracy and completeness • Escalates errors and issues as required and ensures all policies and procedures are adhered to in the build area • Assists in maintaining quality-tracking program for facility and provide data to production personnel • Other duties as assigned BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: • High school diploma or equivalent plus some technical training • At least 2 years related experience as technician or line inspector • Knowledge of manufacturing or production quality programs • Knowledge of calibration systems • Knowledge of Quality management tools • MS Office knowledge • Detail oriented • Effective verbal and written communication skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Technical education • ISO and ESD knowledge • SPC and internal audit experience
