Arrow Electronics Quote Specialist in Singapore, Singapore
This position is responsible for providing timely, competitive and appropriate responses on supplier quotations to internal customers; per the business requirements, suppliers' expectations, product marketing managers’ directions, organisation’s objectives, and market circumstances. Also to be involved in any Quote Services and Product Marketing business support related activities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle request for quotations (RFQ) from Sales team.
Negotiate pricing support from suppliers.
Manage and maintain debit pricing approval (DPA) and special price request (SPR) applications.
Expedite local deliveries for critical incidents after Asset team initiation.
Request and manage sample inquiries from Sales, and other business support activities.
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or its equivalent.
At least 1 year in a technical sales/marketing role gained from the electronics or high technology industry would be preferred.
