We are looking for TEAM LEADER, INSIDE SALES SPECIALIST to join our dynamic, growing sales team.

This position is new in our organization as we are building a new Business Service Center in Tallinn. Business Service Center will be in contact with our internal sales teams and directly with resellers in the Nordic and Baltic region as well as serve as first contact point to some of our international vendors. In this position, Team Leader manages and leads daily operations of the team in addition to doing his/her share of Inside Sales Specialist’s tasks.

Inside Sales Specialist’s work consists of customer service mainly by email, quoting, order management (from quote to invoice), reporting and internal administrative tasks. Inside Sales Specialists will work especially closely with colleagues in Finland and Estonia. In addition to managing operations, Team Leader will be in close contact with Nordic Operations Managers and take care of overall Team Performance as well as Individual Performance of team members. In this role you will be part of recruitment and selection of talented personnel in the future as well.

  • Technical or commercial education and working experience in sales back office or operations are preferred

  • You are fluent in English in both written and oral. Knowledge of Estonian, Finnish, Swedish or other Nordic language is beneficial.

  • Being familiar with Microsoft Dynamics Nav (or order management modules in some other ERP system) would be a great advantage as well as having some experience within the IT industry and working with vendorsWe offer you a challenging, interesting and rewarding job in an international environment in a growing global company.
