Job Description:

Sales Assistant ….. As part of her position, the Employee’s responsibilities shall include but not be limited to:

  • Fact/Find asking for requirements or availability’s (communicate all availabilities and excess to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (“OEM”) purchasing group).

  • Support the Regional Manager and Account Managers in the daily trading activity.

  • Understand and remain current on market conditions including customer/vendor base and their availabilities and requirements, pricing and competitive alternatives.

  • Work with the sales support group to expedite and process all sales paperwork timely and accurately.

  • Understand and ensure adherence to Converge France credit requirements.

  • Consistently maintain and accurately update the information database.

  • Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.

  • Work jointly with Original Equipment Manufacturer (“OEM”) purchasing group to ensure full customer service (sales/purchasing).”

fully fluent in english and a 3rd language would be a plus
